The Faves Club Dream Hair Package

1. Promoter

This prize draw (the ‘Draw’) is organised and operated by The Faves Club (‘the Promoter’). Registered address: Oluwamayowa Famodun, 86 – 90 Paul Street, EC2A 4NE. By entering the Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to UK residents aged 16 and over. The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• Employees, directors, or contractors of the Promoter or any associated agencies
• Immediate family members of the above
• Anyone involved in the administration or judging of the Draw

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

3. Entry Methods

There are two ways to enter the Draw:

• Paid entry: Purchase a ticket bundle through the landing page at thefavesclub.com. Tickets are available at the following price points: £2 (1 entry), £5 (3 entries), £10 (7 entries), £20 (15 entries), £35 (30 entries).
• Free postal entry: Send your full name, email address, date of birth, and hair texture preference on a plain piece of paper to 86 – 90 Paul Street, EC2A 4NE. One free entry per person. No purchase necessary.

Free and paid entries have an equal and identical chance of winning. Purchasing tickets does not increase any individual entry’s chance of winning beyond the number of entries purchased.

4. Draw Period & Deadline

The Draw opens on March 18^th, 2026, and closes at 23:59 on 6^th April 2026. All entries must be received by this deadline. Late, incomplete, or illegible entries will be disqualified. Postal entries must be received by the closing date allow sufficient postage time.

The winner must be drawn and announced within calendar year 2026. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date if the minimum entry threshold has not been met, provided the draw still takes place before 31 December 2026.

5. Maximum Hair Length — Important Notice

The prize includes premium raw hair bundles. The maximum hair length available under this prize is 26 inches. Bundle lengths up to and including 26 inches will be provided. Any reference to lengths beyond 26 inches in marketing materials refers to what may be available commercially; the prize is capped at 26 inches.

The winner may select the length of their bundles up to and including 26 inches at the time of prize fulfilment.

6. Prize

One winner will receive the following prize package (total value up to £2,000):

• 3 raw hair bundles and lace in the winner’s chosen texture (straight, body wave, deep wave, or kinky curly), up to a maximum length of 26 inches
• One professional hairstyling installation (full sew-in, wig install, or custom unit) carried out by a professional hairdresser of the winner’s choice
• One additional custom-coloured set of raw bundles and lace in the winner’s chosen custom colour

The hairdresser installation is subject to the following conditions:

• The Promoter will cover hairdresser service costs up to a maximum of £275. Any costs exceeding £275 will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
• The winner is responsible for arranging their appointment directly with their chosen hairdresser.
• The Promoter does not warrant, endorse, or accept liability for the services provided by any third-party hairdresser.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside its control.

7. Claiming the Prize

The winner must claim their prize within the calendar year 2026 (by 31 December 2026). The prize must be fully redeemed — including the hairdresser appointment — by this date. Failure to claim the prize by 31 December 2026 will result in the prize being forfeited with no alternative offered.

Upon notification of winning, the winner will be required to:

• Respond to the Promoter’s contact within 7 days to confirm acceptance of the prize
• Provide proof of identity and UK residency
• Confirm their chosen hair texture, length (up to 26 inches), and colour preferences

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining entries.

8. The Draw

The winning entry will be selected by a computer-generated random number at a live draw hosted on Instagram. The draw will be conducted in the presence of an independent witness. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The draw will take place on 8^th April at approximately 6pm GMT. The Promoter will announce the winning entry number live on Instagram. The winner’s personal details will not be disclosed publicly without their prior written consent.

9. Referral Bonus Entries

Paid ticket purchasers will receive a unique referral code. For each new ticket purchaser who enters the Draw using that referral code, the referrer will receive 3 additional entries into the Draw. A maximum of 5 bonus referral entries per person apply. Referral entries are subject to the same draw conditions as all other entries.

10. Publicity

The winner agrees that the Promoter may use their first name, county of residence, and information about the prize (including photographs and video of the prize fulfilment, with the winner’s prior written consent) for promotional purposes across social media and marketing materials. The winner may decline use of their image, and this will not affect their right to receive the prize.

11. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at thefavesclub.com/privacy. By entering, you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data for the purposes of administering the Draw and, where applicable, for direct marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

12. Liability

The Promoter accepts no liability for:

• Entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted due to technical issues or postal failure
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from acceptance or use of the prize
• Services provided by any third-party hairdresser chosen by the winner
• Technical failures affecting the live draw or the landing page

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits the Promoter’s liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Governing Law

This Draw and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Compliance

This Draw is a prize competition operated in compliance with UK law, including the Gambling Act 2005. It is not a lottery. A free entry route is available, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
